Join our Six Week Phlebotomy Class Starting 9/5/23 - 10/12/23 This class requires a non-refundable deposit of $250.00. ***Payment plans are available, please email info@optimalphlebotomyclinic.com for more information.*** All students must possess the following: 1. Valid Maryland ID or Driver's License 2. HS Diploma or GED 3. Immunization records for Hepatitis B and Covid-19 The class schedule is as follows: Monday - Thursday 5pm - 9pm Every Other Saturday 9am - 1pm
